Oh! The Title

In Sex and the City, the movie, Samantha says "I eat, so I won't cheat." She eats to stop herself from doing something that feels natural to her. 

So.

Instead of dieting, and then cheating on my diet... I have decided to eat... good stuff... so I wont cheat, on a would be diet... 

I don't believe in dieting... fyi. 

I believe in eating... differently.
