I must tell you that I am a bit reluctant to start this blogging hoopla.
I also am in no search of an extreme make-over. Just healthy habits. I have recently been to the doctor and he said I was healthy, but for a young person had a ton of stress, he said I should find a way to relieve the stress. How could I not be stressed? New job as a teacher, student loans, car payment, rent, and a long distance relationship? He suggested working out. I looked at him like he was crazy. I knew exactly what I was going to do, the same thing I've done since I can remember. I would turn to food to de-stress. However, this time, instead of cheap crap, I would turn to "fancy adult" food. Since I am now considered an adult, with a paycheck (not much to spare, but hey, its something) I am going to eat like I have always dreamed of eating; Healthy good. I was also told that if I wanna eat better, I should write down what I eat.
So.
Here it is.
My obsessions with the internet, pinterest, facebook, photography and food have fornicated.
This is their baby.
